His background includes leadership roles at FreeWire Technologies, FM Industries, and CoorsTek, where he specialized in establishing robust quality systems, driving process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma), and leading cross-functional teams. As a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) since 2015, Ramon is skilled in risk management (PFMEA), data analysis (Minitab, Excel), and project management. He applies his expertise to ensure BrassTack delivers exceptional commercial, industrial, and multi-family residential construction projects, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
